Sets and spec books broken out by sheet and section. Revisions are slipsheeted in, older versions stay viewable, and each job keeps a document control log.
RFIs, submittals and changes
Every item shows which person has the ball. Subs file RFIs and change requests through the portal, and you distribute them.
Daily job reports
Laid out like the paper report your supers already fill in, with photos.
Meetings and punch lists
Minutes with action items, sent to the people you choose. Punch items assigned to people in your directory, with photos.
Contracts and insurance
Subcontracts from your own template, redlined by scope item and signed electronically. Insurance certificates tracked by sub, with reminders before they expire.

Citadel follows the same rules as every Excalibur app.
Self-hosted
It runs on a server in your office. Your people reach it from the office, the trailer or home, and your records never leave your hardware.
Nothing lost
Records are archived instead of erased, deleted files go to a trash you can restore from, and big changes are snapshotted first.
Bought once
A fixed price, set up with your forms, contracts and roles. No per-user fees and no charge based on your volume.
